Grounding the Body

Today we’re discussing ways of grounding our bodies in the morning when we wake up, or at any point when we feel disconnected from the body. The exercises you will see are simple and help to calm our minds. Guest starring Angel the dog who was present in the room during the recording!Keep your eyes peeled and see if you can spot her!
